To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshh is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, trading, or business losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
MESHH FX may depend on public-source materials, third-party services, external model providers, network infrastructure, and client integrations. We do not guarantee the availability, continuity, timeliness, or accuracy of any such dependency.
Analysis, summaries, comparisons, search results, and other generated output may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and should be independently evaluated before being used in research, trading, or other decisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in a manner we consider appropriate.
Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
